How We Started – Solving Problems for Airlines
Comply365 was founded in 2007. Like many start-ups, in our early years, we were
frugal and creative, worked as a team, built relationships, and networked. We asked
a lot of questions, gathered feedback, refined ideas with a dream of creating something
better.
Like most entrepreneurs, we started with what we knew – for us that was aviation.
We started consulting for airlines on the software products that they were currently
using. By helping them better navigate and use their current tools, we quickly began
to see better, easier, faster ways to do things. Within six months, we identified
many manual processes that could be eliminated with an automated software solution.
To test our idea, we conducted focus groups within the aviation community. We asked
for feedback on a solution that would work for all departments at the airline but
was also flexible to work with the different workflows of passenger, cargo and charter
airlines. The result? We built a software solution that works based on real feedback
from users, managers, and executives from all departments and types of airlines
right from the start. They loved the idea of easy, graphical, simple to use front-end
backed with powerful features and functionality on the back-end. Make it flexible

We launched our flagship product - Document & Communication Manager. It quickly
caught the attention of experienced entrepreneurs and business leaders. Comply365
